At StunGunSupply.com we try to do whatever it takes to insure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We want to be your source for online self defense supplies, and we know that the key to that success is complete customer satisfaction.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unused item to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or credit. Refunds will be applied to the credit card or PayPal checkout account originally used for purchasing the product(s). Items paid for by check or money order will be issued a refund check within 10-15 days of receipt of returned merchandise.
We cannot issue a refund on TASER products, pepper spray products or camera surveillance items.

Defective merchandise will be handled on a replacement basis only during th3 warranty period. If a warrantied item becomes defective after the 30 day unconditional period has expired, you will not be able to use the following automated Return Merchandise Authorization submittal procedure. Please send us an email by clicking HERE. We will respond to your email with a RMA # and shipping information. To expedite your warranty replacement, please include your original order number and customer information when contacting us.
The following conditions apply to "ALL" items returned for either refund, credit or exchange. Please insure you meet the following conditions prior to submitting a return:
A "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) number must be issued and authorized prior to returning ANY merchandise for refund, credit or exchange. Due to the amount of vendor material and other mail we receive daily, no shipped item(s) will be accepted by any member of our staff if the "RMA" number is not clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Returned items must be received in a new / unused condition. Items returned will be inspected by a member of our staff for signs of usage, tampering, exchanged parts, scratches, dirt/debris, alterations or other signs of use. Item(s) returned which show signs of use or modifications in any way will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the blister pack or other packaging has been destroyed, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied.
Please return all products 100% complete, including all original manufacturer boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment.
We will e-mail the correct address to send your defective product soon after we get notification of your request for an RMA. Shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend you insure your package.
Customers who wish to return a product for exchange, credit or refund should insure that "ALL" the above conditions have been met. After meeting the above conditions, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the page for request of a "Return Merchandise Authorization" number.
NOTE: NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT AN APPROVED "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION" NUMBER.
The following conditions apply to those orders that may have inadvertently been shipped the wrong item(s):
StunGunSupply.com makes every effort to insure that the product(s) you receive are the product(s) that you originally ordered. If you were inadvertently shipped the incorrect product(s), we will send you the correct item as soon as we receive the incorrect item. We will pay for your return shipping cost.

Customer should return the incorrect item(s) using a shipping service that provides tracking information. Please insure your shipment. We will not exchange, credit or refund item(s) being returned to our store that were lost in transit. It is the customers responsibility to insure that the returned item(s) arrive at our office. The above recommendation is for your protection as item(s) are occasionally lost in transit.
No exchanges, credits or refunds will be submitted prior to the incorrectly shipped item(s) being returned to our office. The correct ordered product will ship the next business day after receipt at no additional shipping cost to customer.
For customers who are needing items quicker, please request a refund when you sign up for your "Return Merchandise Authorization", then purchase a new replacement item. Your replacement item will ship the next business day depending on availability. A refund will be applied and should show on your statement within 7 - 12 business days after receipt of the returned item(s).

The following conditions apply to item(s) that may be missing in a shipment:
Upon receipt of your shipment, shipping contents should be inspected for order completeness. If an item is missing from your order, you MUST contact our office within two (2) business days after receipt of your shipment. No replacement item(s) will be shipped if we are not contacted within two (2) business days after receipt.
Please keep in mind that depending on shipment size and product availability, products may ship in separate boxes. Item(s) shipped separately, although they may ship on the same day, may periodically arrive on separate days depending on the shipping carrier. Please insure that your ordered product(s) have not been shipped separately prior to submitting a "Return Merchandise Authorization".
At StunGunSupply.com we make every effort to insure that your order is fulfilled in it's entirety. In order to do this, each order is inspected prior to shipping. If your shipment is found to have been lacking, a replacement item(s) will be shipped to you on the next business day depending on availability, at no additional cost to the customer. If the missing item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you and give you the option of either waiting for item restocking (usually no longer than 10 days), a credit for future purchase or a refund on that product.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILING A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION" NUMBER:
Log into your account at StunGunSupply.com by entering your user name and password you entered during your order process.
Select Orders History from Your cart menu.
Search for the order you would like to create a return request for.
Click on its number or status, and the Order details page opens.
Scroll down to the * Create return request form.
* Note: A customer can create return requests only for products the product return time of which is greater than 0 (zero). If you do not see the Create return request form on the Order details page, the creation of the return request is impossible. It means that either the return time of the products in your order is 0 (zero), or the time during which the return request could be placed expired.
Set the amount of the product(s) you want to return.
Select the reason for returning.
Select the action you would like the store administration to do for you.
Please explain the reason for the return in the comment section.
Click on Create.
** Note: You will receive an email from StunGunSupply.com once your "Return Merchandise Authorization" has been authorized and approved. DO NOT RETURN ITEM(S) TO OUR OFFICE UNTIL YOUR RMA # HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED. The RMA # should be clearly printed on the exterior of the shipping container. No item(s) shipped to our office will be received by any member of our staff without an RMA # clearly visible. Item(s) shipped without a RMA # will be returned to customer at customer's expense regardless of situation or urgency.
LIMITATIONS:
Shipping cost will NOT be refunded.
